2、 Working principle of Zhongxing cold rolling mill
The cold rolling mill uses an electric motor to drag the steel bars, and applies force to both sides of the steel bars through the load-bearing rollers and working rollers of the cold rolling mill. The purpose of rolling cold-rolled ribbed steel bars with different diameters is achieved by changing the size of the gap between the two rollers.
Name: ① Load bearing roller: The load bearing roller of the cold rolling mill is the roller closest to the machine base. This roller plays a role in supporting the steel bars during the production of ribbed steel bars, and evenly distributes the weight of the steel bars and the weight of the working roller on the load bearing roller, thereby creating rib patterns on the lower surface of the steel bars.
② Work roll: The work roll of a cold rolling mill is located on top of the load-bearing roll, farthest from the machine base. Therefore, this roll mainly plays a role in rolling the steel bars lifted by the load-bearing roll during the production of ribbed steel bars, resulting in rib patterns on the upper surface of the steel bars.
3、 Pay attention to maintenance and upkeep of the cold rolling mill
① Before starting each shift, check whether the electrical system of the cold rolling mill is normal;
② And check whether the oil level in each fuel tank is normal;

④ Whether the raw material feeding is reasonable;
