1. Working principle and technical performance: LD type cold rolling tube mill, with a circular thick walled sleeve ① installed on the head, its function is to form a moving whole during tube rolling; The inner wall of the sleeve is equipped with an adjusting inclined iron ②, which is used to adjust the effective size of the hole pattern; The inclined iron is equipped with a sliding track ③; Three or more rolling rolls ④ are installed in the rolling frame ⑤, and springs are used to make the roll necks of the rolls tightly adhere to the slide. The surface of the slide is composed of multiple specific winding lines, allowing deformation to be reasonably distributed along the rolling stroke according to the trajectory. During pipe rolling, the main motor drives the head sleeve and roll frame to reciprocate through the reduction system, crank connecting rod, and rocker system ⑥, respectively. The machine head and roller frame are connected by an upper connecting rod AB and a connecting plate ab. Therefore, when the joystick swings, the rolling mill and the slide produce relative motion. When the rolling mill rolls on a sliding surface with a certain slope, the gap between the working mill and the cylindrical core rod ⑦ varies periodically from large to small or from small to large. When the head sleeve moves to the rear limit position (rear dead center), the hole size gradually increases, and the hole size reaches its maximum when it reaches the rear dead center. The billet ⑧ is fed into the rolling direction by a rotary feeding mechanism for a certain length while rotating at a certain angle. The head sleeve moves forward, and the hole shape gradually becomes smaller, causing the pipe blank to be rolled and deformed into a finished product. 2. The operating law in production is that the rolling mill slide and the head sleeve move in the opposite direction; The rolling mill performs a composite motion on the billet, translating from the front limit position to the rear limit position while rolling along the slide surface; At the maximum position of the hole pattern, the pipe blank is fed in by rotation and must be completed before the rolling mill comes into contact with the pipe blank, while the pipe blank during rolling should be in a stationary state.
