1. Adjust the synchronicity of the rolling mill in one go (usually not adjusted again except for major repairs).
2. Select reasonable core rods and rollers according to the process system (note: when rolling semi-finished pipes, the precision requirements of the finished products should be followed).
3. Check the machine head (with a focus on the wear of the slide) and clean it thoroughly.
4. Select pipe blanks that meet the process requirements and load them.
5. Select the joystick system adjustment table and adjust the joystick system according to the specifications of the rolled finished pipe.
6. Adjust the hole shape to maintain a small ellipticity, i.e. monotonicity.
7. Test rolling and adjust the rocker system accordingly to ensure that the core rod and billet are in a good stress state.
8. Lock and press down the fixing nut.
9. Choose a reasonable feed rate, generally using a small feed rate when rolling thick walled and ultra thin walled steel pipes; Generally, when rolling steel pipes with a wall thickness of 2-1mm, a large feed rate is selected; Choose a small feed rate when rolling finished pipes. Ensure the surface quality and dimensional tolerance accuracy of finished pipes.
10. The core rod should be tightened, the lead rod should be clamped tightly, and it is not allowed to move back and forth. When the rolling core rod breaks, it is necessary to stop immediately to avoid collision accidents.
11. Rolling for one cycle, repeating the cycle.
