Classification of perforating machines:
Perforators can be roughly divided into two types based on the medium of application. One is a liquid perforating machine, which can process a minimum of 0.15mm of fine holes due to the possibility of clogging the copper rod holes during liquid processing. The depth can only be processed by 20mm. It is widely used, and the other type is the gas perforating machine, which uses gas as the medium passing through the copper rod small hole, so it is not easily blocked and can process more precise small holes.
Characteristics of perforating machine:
1: Suitable for processing various conductive materials such as stainless steel, quenched steel, hard alloys, copper, aluminum, etc.
2: The processing aperture is between 0.3 and 3.0mm, and the maximum depth to diameter ratio can reach over 200:1.
3: The maximum processing speed can reach 20-60mm per minute.
4: Directly penetrate from inclined or curved surfaces and use tap water as the working fluid.
5: The X, Y, and Z axes of the workbench are equipped with digital display devices.
6: Equipped with automatic electrode correction function.
7: The spindle lifting has a fast up and down function.
8: It has the function of adjustable processing voltage.
9: It has a side positioning function.
